Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • You will need your receipt or proof of purchase and a copy is to be returned with the items.

Failure to meet the criteria set out above may lead to a delay or rejection of a ‘Returns’ request.

Refunds

Once we receive your item;

  • We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will process a refund via Paypal to your original method of payment.

Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, this depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs as standard are none ­refundable.

If in the unlikely event the items being returned are defective, Showthecrow will make arrangements to refund the shipping costs up to the charge normally applied.
